Every fine art print from Andy H Photography is custom-made to museum standards upon order. We partner with creativehub (operated by theprintspace in London with printing capabilities in the United Kingdom, Germany and the United States) to professionally print, securely package, and drop-ship your artwork directly from their lab to your door.
📦 Delivery Information
Shipping Rates & Times
Production Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed, checked for quality, and securely packed before dispatch. Delivery time is then dependent upon your location, but should be between a further further 2-5 days.
Delivery Costs: Shipping is calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address and print size.
Tracking: As soon as your print leaves the lab, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
International Shipping & Customs
We ship globally! However, when ordering please note:
Customs Fees: You are responsible for any local import duties, customs clearance fees, or local VAT applied by your country’s border authorities.
Delays: While we use premium couriers, we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates if packages are delayed by local customs inspections.
🔄 Returns & Cancellations
Change of Mind / Buyer's Remorse
Because every fine art print is custom-printed specifically to your chosen size and image specifications, all sales are final.
Under UK law, custom-made items are exempt from standard 14-day return policies.
We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations if you change your mind, realize you ordered the incorrect size, or find it doesn't match your decor. Please double-check your wall dimensions before checking out!
Damaged or Faulty Prints
In the rare event that your artwork arrives bent, scratched, or damaged by the courier, we will gladly arrange a free replacement for you.
To claim a free replacement, you must follow our print lab's strict insurance protocol:
The 7-Day Window: Email us at info@andyh.photography within 5 (five) days of delivery.
Provide Photo Proof: Attach clear photographs of the damaged print AND the external packaging (showing any dents or tears in the box), with the shipping label visible.
Note: Please do not ship items back to me or the lab. Once we verify the damage via your photos, a new print will be expedited to you immediately.
